Want to know how to make protein waffles with Kodiak Cake mix? I don’t blame you. Pancakes are easier because washing a pan’s way easier than cleaning a waffle maker, but these protein waffles are just too darn good not to make regularly. I’m much more of a sweet breakfast person than a savory one, and these are better for you and more filling than most of the frozen ones.

- 3/4 scoop protein powder (I’ve been using Perfect Fit’s Cinnamon Roll that’s been discontinued, but any should work)
- 1/4 cup liquid egg whites
- 1/3 cup Kodiak Cakes mix
- 1/3 cup water (plus extra if the batter seems too thick)
- Splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Mix all the ingredients together. Pour the batter into the waffle maker. Set the timer for four minutes. Remove that beautiful, golden brown waffle and put it on your plate. Top it with a serving of peanut butter (I like white chocolate peanut butter) and/or fruit. Add a little maple syrup if you want it. Devour.
