If you’re looking for gifts for bloggers and solopreneurs (or just want something new for yourself because you are one), I’ve got you covered. I’ve been my own boss as a freelance writer, editor, blogger, and coach (soon) and worked from home for so long, I feel like I have a running list of what has been perfect, what I thought would be perfect but wasn’t, and what would be fantastic to have. This is the first in a series of gift guides I’m putting up, so stay tuned!

Gifts for Bloggers and Solopreneurs: Cozy, Cute, and Caffeinated Ideas
When you want to find the perfect gift for bloggers and solopreneurs, think cozy, cute, and caffeinated. Help them stay comfortable and focused on their projects even when it’s so cold they want to crawl back into bed and they’ll love you forever.
FabFitFun box: You can give a gift valued at $200.00 without spending over $50.00. When you get these during the fall and winter months, you get cozy things like scarves, candles, fuzzy socks, and all kinds of beauty items that nourish dry winter skin and hair.
This isn’t one of the most predictable gifts for bloggers and solopreneurs because it’s not that specific, but a candle on their desk and some stuff to keep them extra warm while they work–maybe even a fitness item so they can remember to keep their blood flowing for the best ideas–can make a big difference in the performance.
A Courage Crate subscription box: If your friend or family member is a Christian blogger, solopreneur, or entrepreneur, they may love this box. There are a couple of different versions. The Gift Crate option doesn’t have the books and just offers inspirational gifts and tools for staying focused on their goals and what they feel called to do. The full Courage Crate comes with two books in addition to other inspirational items, and the Mini Crate option comes with one book instead of two. Prices vary from $17.00/box to $35.00/box.
Apostrophe subscription box: Because bloggers and solopreneurs are fueled by coffee. And a lot of them like books, too. There are two options to use as gifts for bloggers or entrepreneurs here. The DELUXE has a hardback book, a full-size bag of coffee, a snack, a gift like a mug or a journal, and “Apostrophe swag.” If the person you’re shopping for isn’t much of a reader, there’s also the Hawaii Coffee Tour box.
Cute, Comfy Clothes and a Personal Shopper
If they hate shopping or don’t know where to look for clothes that are comfortable but won’t promote going into sloth mode, this could be perfect. Someone else does the shopping. In my experience with StitchFix, they are incredible at finding the things you want to wear, even if you’re not even sure they exist.
StitchFix gift card: Why? Well, people who work from home often celebrate being able to work in their footed onesie pajamas and yoga pants, but it’s not always the most productive thing in the world. Plus, I know I can’t be the only one who doesn’t really want to get on a video call or Facebook live dressed as a zebra.
Comfortable, cute clothes that look more professional than the pajamas they feel like are always on my list. Granted, I often gravitate toward activewear so it can serve two purposes, but that just supports the point I’m making. A lot of bloggers and solopreneurs won’t buy these things for themselves. Buying cute clothes can feel frivolous when all you do is sit at home, but it’s so nice to have something to put on that motivates you to get stuff done without being uncomfortable.
Help Them Stay Focused on Their Goals
A Passion Planner: This seems to be one of the most popular planners for anyone who dreams big and wants the roadmap to go with it, so it makes it an ideal gift for bloggers and solopreneurs. It helps you map out your goals, step-by-step–without feeling stifling–and then make your monthly and weekly plans (largely in a traditional planner kind of way, but with a few extras). At the end of the month, you can reflect back and track your progress.
People who map out their goals and continually check in with themselves are more likely to achieve what they’re dreaming of. I love a lot of different planners, but I’ll be using my second Passion Planner (in the new size, which I love) for 2019. I’m still loving the Panda Planner, too, which I talked about earlier this year.
Candle: Burning a candle with the right scent can help a lady focus on the tasks she has to complete. This Boss Lady candle (Etsy) lets you add your own message to the label and choose from a pretty long list of scents.
Keep Them Warm and Cozy
Fingerless computer gloves: Need a stocking stuffer? These are a must. Trying to type in a cold room is the absolute worst. These help, but they don’t get in the way of typing!
Blanket: I always have a blanket in my desk chair during the winter. What about a customized fleece blanket from Etsy?
Blogging Ideas mug: This mug is from Etsy seller, ElegantQuotes, and says “A mug full of blogging ideas” in black on a white background. Perfect whether they get their inspiration from coffee, tea, or cocoa.
What’s your favorite gift for bloggers and solopreneurs on the list? Will you be picking any of these up for yourself?
